En VIK, cosechamos de forma manual por la noche, cuando las uvas son más frías. Cosechemos los Cabernet Sauvignon desde el 4 de abril hasta el 26 de abril, los Carménère desde el 27 de abril hasta 6 de mayo, los Syrah desde el 8 de abril hasta el 11 de abril, los Cabernet Franc los 11 y 12 de abril y el merlot el 10 de abril.
